Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare fresh, high-quality pizza according to established recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and assigned areas in adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting and serving customers at the front counter.
- Expertly handle pizzas, pulling them from the oven and skillfully cutting and boxing them as per customer orders.
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs for various tasks within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow food safety protocols for handling, storing, and disposing of food items.
- Assist with additional duties such as ingredient preparation, equipment cleaning, and inventory management.
- Cash handling may be required, including processing payments accurately and maintaining register integrity.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3-plus years of experience in efficient handling of food preparation, cooking, and assembly.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a quick service restaurant setting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Strong multitasking skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our restaurant
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
