About Bright Penny Brewing:

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items with precision and consistency
  
• Manage line station responsibilities during service
  
• Maintain food safety standards and hold current ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification (We'll train the right candidate)
  
• Collaborate with your kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
  
• Contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture
  
• Work various shifts: Monday-Wednesday 1:30-9:30pm, Thursday-Saturday (9am-4pm or 3:30-9:30pm), and Sunday (8am-3pm or 2:30-9pm)
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum two years of professional kitchen experience
  
• Current Serv-Safe Food Handler or Manager certification (required)
  
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
  
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  
• Reliability and commitment to your craft
