About the Role:
Bruno's Pizza of Elkhart is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join their team in Elkhart, IN! If you love crafting delicious pies and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the perfect opportunity to turn your love of pizza into a career.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-toss pizza dough to order specifications
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings accurately and consistently
• Operate commercial pizza ovens and monitor bake times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
• Assist with prepping ingredients, including slicing, portioning, and stocking toppings
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
