Bruno's Pizza of Elkhart is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-toss pizza dough to order specifications
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and accuracy
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory as needed
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
