Pizza Maker

The Pizza Maker plays a crucial role in delivering delicious, high-quality pizzas by expertly preparing dough, applying toppings, and ensuring proper oven operation. Working within a small team of 1-3 people and reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this position supports various order fulfillment channels including delivery preparation, customer pickup, and in-restaurant dining. Weekend work is required to meet customer demand during peak times. Required 5 plus years' experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough adhering to recipe specifications
• Apply appropriate toppings and ingredients as per order
• Operate ovens to cook pizzas to perfection
• Ensure consistent quality control throughout food preparation
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Assemble orders accurately for delivery and customer pickup
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
