About Bibo's NY Pizza:
We're a tiny pizzeria dedicated to doing one thing exceptionally well making incredible pizza. Every day, we prepare our dough and sauce from scratch, top our pies with premium Buffalo mozzarella, and serve them to customers who appreciate quality and authenticity. We're the kind of place where craftsmanship matters.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare pizza dough daily using our time-tested recipes
• Craft and sauce pizzas with precision and speed
• Work the oven to achieve perfectly baked, crispy crusts
• Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced kitchen
• Keep your station organized and follow food safety standards

What We're Looking For:
Ideally, you have hands-on pizza-making experience and can work efficiently during busy service. But if you're hungry to learn and willing to put in the effort, we'll train you. What matters most is your passion for the craft and your ability to work with focus and energy in a small team.
