What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients for pizza and pantry stations with precision
• Follow prep lists and recipes accurately to ensure quality
• Portion, organize, label, and properly store ingredients
• Keep the prep area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Rotate products and assist with inventory monitoring
• Communicate proactively about supply needs
• Support the culinary team during busy service times
• Stay proactive by identifying tasks without being asked
