Pizzaiolo — Neapolitan Pizza Maker

Cultura, an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton, is hiring an experienced pizzaiolo to run our pizza station.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage pizza dough through mixing, fermentation, and balling
  
• Stretch, top, and fire Neapolitan-style pizzas during lunch and dinner service
  
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation on every pie
  
• Keep the pizza station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  
• Support the kitchen team as needed
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pizzaiolo, preferably with Neapolitan-style pizza
  
• Working knowledge of dough production and fermentation
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
  
• Food handler certification preferred
