Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Alpharetta area.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
Provide expert guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
Tech Savvy or willing to learn the systems and Platforms
Strong knowledge of real estate markets
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be a team Player and attend Meetings, Call Nights, Sales Meetings and Zoom Calls
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
