Place to Play Assistant

Position Description: Place to Play Group Assistant (Part-time Position)

Location: Clara Hearne and Belmont

Position Type: Classified Position

Reports To: Director of Place to Play

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma required,
• Must have experience with motivating at-risk students,
• Must be able to operate computers and new software;
• Must easily adapt to new situations; and
• Must be able to handle student conflicts.

Duties and Responsibilities: This employee monitors an assigned group of students during activity periods. Activities will vary and assignments will be made accordingly. This individual will be actively involved in the facilitation and supervision of all activities and prepared to lead the group in an appropriate activity when a scheduled activity is canceled.

Compensation: $15.00 Part-time 5.5 hours per day.
