This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Commercial Lines professional who enjoys the strategy and challenge of insurance placement and is looking to expand their impact in a collaborative, results-driven organization. You'll partner directly with some of TRICOR's most successful Producers, marketing accounts, negotiating with carriers, and helping secure competitive insurance solutions that drive client and agency success. What You Will Do

• Coordinate with internal sales producers to receive client information and requirements
• Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
• Manage proposal preparation, documentation, and carrier follow-up processes
• Maintain accurate records in insurance systems and ensure timely data entry and documentation
• Support internal teams with questions, issue resolution, and promote TRICOR in the community

Who Should Apply?

• High School diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious insurance industry experience

• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior insurance working with Commercial Insurance Carriers
• Prior experience working with underwriting teams
