Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed in one of the following states, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, DC.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with one of the following Bars, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC
3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side class action employment law experience
Class action PAGA experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
