Job Details

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with first-party insurance and bad faith litigation
• Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Manage written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Review and organize insurance policies, claim files, coverage correspondence, damages documentation, and other case materials
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, hearings, and court deadlines
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with critical deadlines
• Assist with motions, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties
