    Now Hiring: Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney – Chicago, Illinois (In Office)

    Are you a motivated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney looking to grow your career with a dynamic and client-focused law firm? We are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience to join our Chicago office.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for injured clients, has strong litigation and negotiation skills, and is comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
    • Communicate regularly with clients regarding the status of their cases.
    • Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
    • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
    • Take and defend depositions.
    • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
    • Attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court appearances.
    • Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service.

    Required Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
    • Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
    • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.
    • Strong understanding of personal injury law and civil litigation.
    • Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Trial experience is a plus.
    • Experience handling catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases.
    • Experience taking and defending depositions.
    • Familiarity with case management software.
