What you’ll do:
You’ll manage serious injury cases from intake through resolution or trial, conduct depositions and court appearances, handle motion practice and trial preparation, draft pleadings and discovery, and work closely with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the courts. You’ll also mentor junior attorneys and contribute to case strategy.

What you’ll need:

• 2–10 years of exclusively plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in New York State
• Proven litigation and negotiation expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead, organize, and mentor within a team
• Client-first approach focused on achieving results
