Location: Montvale, NJ. Primarily on-site for attorneys building experience, with increasing hybrid or remote flexibility available for more experienced, self-sufficient attorneys.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2+ years of plaintiff or defense employment litigation experience. More experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Represent employees in employment litigation matters from initial consultation through resolution.
- Evaluate potential claims and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft complaints, motions, demand letters, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues.
- Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings.
- Counsel clients regarding their legal rights and strategic options.
- Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing cases for litigation when necessary.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
- Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation strategy.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license.
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.
- Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Plaintiff-side employment law experience is preferred but not required.
