The Plan & Spec Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mechanical contractors, owners, developers, facility managers, and other construction industry stakeholders to drive sales opportunities for the HVAC and mechanical equipment manufacturers the company represents.
This position focuses on identifying project opportunities, building customer relationships, tracking projects through the construction cycle, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Technical engineering support is provided by the company's engineering and applications team, allowing the Sales Representative to focus on business development and customer engagement.
