    Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Manager

    As a PMS Manager, you will contribute to the effective planning, preparation, and execution of planned maintenance tasks across TORM's fleet, working in a skilled team that helps maintain our vessels at the highest industry standards. This role gives you direct ownership in improving an integrated Planned Maintenance System that is essential to delivering high-quality, cost-efficient technical management.

    Your Role

    In this role, you will be part of a team which is central to implementing key projects which help us maintain our fleet to the highest industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide daily support for the PMS, including resolving user issues and updating system records.
    • Updating job descriptions, intervals and aligning across the entire fleet.
    • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and share PMS-related knowledge with relevant teams.
    • Maintaining and updating spare part data in the PMS to support accurate maintenance planning.
    • Providing operational cover for colleagues during absence to ensure continuity in PMS-related tasks.

    Your Profile

    The PMS is an integrated part of our vessel management system, Sertica.

    This position is for a PMS professional who would thrive in a global, collaborative environment and can bring technical skill to the team.

    To do well in this role, you bring

    • Experience serving as a Marine Engineer (preferably 3E or above), with practical knowledge of vessel maintenance operations.
    • Experience working with a PMS to support maintenance planning and execution.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills.
    • Professional written and spoken English skills for working in a global organization.
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
