Client needs a to own the accessories category — driving sales & inventory plans across their retail network. This person forecasts demand, builds assortment/SKU plans, and partners directly with buyers to hit sales, margin, and in-stock targets.Top 3 must-haves:
- Retail merchandise planning experience (OTB, sales/inventory forecasting)Advanced Excel + strong analytical chops
- Track record partnering with buyers on assortment strategy
Ideal profile: 3–5 yrs in retail planning/allocation, apparel or accessories background, comfortable in a fast-paced corporate retail environment.
