Our Global Supply Chain is a network of more than 300 manufacturing plants, distribution centers and other facilities designed and located to support our direct sales, marketing and distribution activities. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Planner to join our Production & Raw Material planning team at our Eagan, MN plant. As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production of orders and the procurement of raw materials to meet customer delivery schedules and maintain safety stock levels. Your focus will be on promoting teamwork, integrity, and upholding our core values of reliability, trust.

What You Will Do:  

  • Develop and execute material planning strategies based on production schedules and demand forecasts

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while avoiding shortages or excess 

  • ​Maintain accurate master data in ERP systems 

  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials 

  • Follow up on late deliveries and proactively mitigate supply risks 

  • Align material availability with production plans to avoid downtime 

  • Communicate material shortages or risks to production and planning teams 

  • Analyze inventory trends, shortages, and excess stock 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization 

  • Review and approve invoices for raw material orders 

  • Intermediate problem identification/solving and navigating ambiguous situations 

  • Manages daily operational partnerships with internal plants, warehouses and external suppliers 

​​Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study 

  • 2 years of work experience in supply chain or planning 

  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this role

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of MRP/ERP planning concepts and experience with SAP, advanced planning systems, analytical or equivalent software 

    • High level of proficiency in Excel 

    • APICS Certification 

    • Experience in chemical or similar industry 

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders 

    • Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics 

    • A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives 

    • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills 

    • Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset 

    Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

    The pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
