Job Overview:
Pay Range: $28.81hr - $33.81hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning, operations, or experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership.
- Ability to prioritize issues to support the customer and supply chain requirements.
- Confirmed business insight in the area of Supply Chain and financials with clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple initiatives and work across teams where priorities change rapidly.
- Ability to partner with and influence others with minimal coaching.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global work schedules when needed.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic liaison between internal customers and external manufacturing sites.
- Manage global planning and material management of externally manufactured or packaged products.
- Define, measure, analyze, and implement improvements to ensure goals are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ensure timely deliveries of orders to meet target inventory levels and maintain continuity of supply.
- Set up balanced volume plans, detailed plans, and material plans considering operations efficiency and inventory costs.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
- Lead improvement projects or participate in critical issue discussions.
- Maintain relationships internally and externally to ensure plants respond with the right capacity and schedules.
- Proactively identify issues impacting supply and drive short and long-term planning activities.
- Handle quality assurance and customer issues including demand trends, safety stock calculation, and inventory optimization.
- Resolve payment mismatches and lead monthly renewal processes.
- Collect monthly supplier performance metrics and update orders to external suppliers.
- Follow global monthly planning schedules to deliver plans to downstream plants in OMP.
- Communicate forecast and priorities to external sites, including event planning.
- Collaborate with E2E-planners, master data, finance, procurement, AP, QA/QC, and IT teams.
- Manage inventory and SLOB processes to maintain accurate stock levels at DC and EM sites.
- Identify and lead process-related improvements across the supply chain of the CMO.
- Ensure master data is accurate and updated for reliable MRP/ERP outputs.
- Support S&OP and business plan teams.
- Develop supply plans in support of new product launches.
- Track and report OTIF, SLOB, inventory targets, and timely launch metrics.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within master production schedule process, inventory and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated ability within Scenario analysis, sales and operations planning, and Planning Systems (APO/OMP).
- Experience with cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry.
- APICS and LEAN Certification.

Qualification And Education:
