Job Description

We are looking for experienced Planners (Home Office & Construction) to support the planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and project controls functions for mining projects.


The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all project phases.

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6

Experience in Power BI and schedule analytics tools

Exposure to large-scale mining, mineral processing, and beneficiation, projects are essential requisites.

Basic Job Requirements

+ Total 5 years’ experience in Consulting/Engineering (EPC environment)

+ Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

+ Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

+ Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

+ Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

+ HS Diploma or GED

Other Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

+ Possess practical experience in the use of the automated cost or schedule management systems

+ Must have had leadership roles as a Control Team Lead (CTL) on a small-sized project or cost or scheduling lead on a large project

+ May need to travel internationally for project assignments and in support of business-related matters
