Someone who can excel at noticing small inconsistencies or errors, ensuring tasks are finished thoroughly and accurately, which is essential for maintaining high standards in projects.
- Overseeing the production process: The organizer is responsible for coordinating the manufacturing activities on the factory floor, ensuring that production schedules and efficiency targets are met.
- Communication: Someone that can communicate clearly, coordinate efforts, and often take the lead in motivating others, fostering collaboration and collective action.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience or certifications combined
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Commitment to safety, including adherence to protocols and OSHA regulations
• Willingness to learn modern technologies and adapt to changes
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and hardware
• Understanding of quality control processes and dedication to producing high-quality products
• Ability to use analytical skills to effectively solve problems within the various work areas across the plant
• Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
• In-depth understanding of company standards, documentation process, and reporting functions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 Years In a Planning (organizing) position
