Job overview and responsibilities
The Planner is responsible for the full life cycle of our monthly pilot award process, including planning, analysis, execution, and communication of outcomes to key stakeholders. The Planner will have a high attention to detail with a passion for delivering a strong product to our pilots every month. The Planner is responsible for working cross-functionally with other Flight Operations groups including Workforce Planning, Pairings, Crew Scheduling, the Flight Training Center, as well as Representatives from the pilot union. The Planner will support analyses and presentations for Flight Operations' leadership to identify findings from each bid month, including pilot award outcomes, award run time performance, and managing monthly reserve delivery for operational integrity.

The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
