detail-oriented Planner to join our team. In this role, you will manage
the coordination and execution of production schedules for coffee
roasting, grinding, and flavor development. You will collaborate closely
with the production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure
the seamless integration of processes that bring our coffee products to
life. Your expertise will directly influence the consistency, flavor
profile, and overall customer experience of our offerings. This position
reports to the Planning Manager. Responsibilities: *Prepare and
sequence Production schedules for the Planning Horizon while remaining
in communication with plant leadership to ensure execution of the
schedule. *Maintain and update daily Production Planning Detailed
Scheduling release/schedule production orders for Roaster, Grinder and
Flavor Room and/or assigned Plants/Assets. *Schedule the Green Bean
deliveries based upon production needs. *Schedule Roasters, Grinders,
and Flavor Room production based upon production needs in bags and
filtered single serve cups . *Reviewavailable Green Beans in silos,
racks, and in trucks for the start of production. *Verify filtered
single serve cup schedule to ensure coffee is within the Degassing
timelines. *Monitor reallocations and schedule batches for coffee.
*Monitor all roasted and ground coffee to ensure it is placed into cups
within 2 weeks or less. *Verify Daily Shortage report vs. available
