Primary Responsibilities:
Work within Epicor to schedule production
Coordinate with Supervisors to maximize production
Schedule effectively with outside vendors and purchased components
Update customer orders with accurate shipping dates
Work with the sales team to meet customer requirements
Coordinate with sister plants on transfer orders
Analyze, prepare, and create schedules needed for production
Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations
Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and work orders to meet production schedule and customer expectations
Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory
Interact with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues or gather additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service, and other cross functional departments
Coordinate with engineering on deviations to maintain the bill of operations and bill of materials
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Minimum 2-year degree in production planning / supply chain
1-3 years of production planning and scheduling
1-3 years of supply chain coordination
1-3 years of experience working with an ERP system
Demonstrated ability to work within a team
