    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work within Epicor to schedule production
    • Coordinate with Supervisors to maximize production
    • Schedule effectively with outside vendors and purchased components
    • Update customer orders with accurate shipping dates
    • Work with the sales team to meet customer requirements
    • Coordinate with sister plants on transfer orders
    • Analyze, prepare, and create schedules needed for production
    • Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations
    • Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
    • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and work orders to meet production schedule and customer expectations
    • Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory
    • Interact with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues or gather additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service, and other cross functional departments
    • Coordinate with engineering on deviations to maintain the bill of operations and bill of materials

    Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    • Minimum 2-year degree in production planning / supply chain
    • 1-3 years of production planning and scheduling
    • 1-3 years of supply chain coordination
    • 1-3 years of experience working with an ERP system
    • Demonstrated ability to work within a team
