This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working 1-2 days in the office, depending on business needs, with the possibility of working 100% remotely. Enjoy a standard work schedule of 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, while contributing to exciting projects in the electrification industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, address scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource allocation.
- Document scheduling activities and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with project teams and third parties on cost and schedule management.
- Provide internal and external project reporting and support project close-out and claims.
- Lead a team of Project Cost Control analysts on larger projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scheduling or project management roles.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent working experience with planning and costing tools (Primavera P6, SAP).
Preferences:
- Experience in the electrification industry.
- 5 years of experience planning large turnkey projects.
- Experience as a lead planner on large turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of cost control functions and forensic analysis on complex projects.
