Our client, a leading global energy and petrochemical company, is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join their team. As a Maintenance Scheduler IV, you will be part of the Maintenance organization supporting Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sabine Pass, TX
Pay Range: $37.58 - $40.17/hour

What’s the Job?

• Develop and manage routine maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate equipment availability, manpower, materials, contractor support, and job oversight to optimize workforce utilization.
• Analyze schedules, identify constraints or deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to improve maintenance performance.
• Monitor schedule compliance, develop KPIs, and generate reports with trend analysis and graphical representations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging scheduling technologies, digital tools, and best practices.

• 5+ years of maintenance scheduling experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and extensive working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of maintenance scheduling, execution processes, and resource planning.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• TWIC card in good standing and a valid state-issued driver's license.
