BASIC FUNCTION:
Identify and determine the appropriate schedule for assembly cells based upon average daily demand rates, experience, and judgment. Release material replenishment signals from either Kanban's or computer-generated release messages to both internal and external suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard work instructions, and procedure manuals.
Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Education: Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of related experience
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of information in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Education: Bachelor's degree
