Job Description:
As a member of the Merchandise Systems team, this role partners closely with the AVP, other team members and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize and evolve the technology solutions supporting HG/HS Planning & Allocation. The position collaborates with IT to design and deliver new applications, enhance existing tools, and manage incidents impacting current production. Success in this role requires a curious, inquisitive self-starter to ensure the effective implementation and sustained adoption of technology and business process improvements. You will also work in close partnership with Change Management teams to adapt workflows and develop and execute impactful change strategies. This is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Define and document business and IT requirements for Planning & Allocation (P&A) applications and reports, supporting HG/HS and potential global use
- Collaborate with IT to develop test strategies, execute system testing, and review and validate test results
- Partner with Change Management teams to develop and execute training content and change management strategies
- Participate in discussions influencing the effective and efficient use of IT resources
- Develop and present materials for leadership updates related to systems, testing, and change initiatives
- Share design, testing, and change management documentation with global partners to support alignment and adoption
- Partner with IT to investigate production incidents, assess business-impacting changes, and develop clear communication plans and content
- Provide day-to-day application support and problem-solving assistance to P&A associates
Requirements
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in Planning & Allocation or significant IT experience supporting P&A and/or Merchandising applications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
- Strong ability to translate P&A business needs into clear technology requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and in the grey as needed with limited supervision in a semi-structured, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to work at a deep functional and technical level
- Curious, inquisitive problem‑solver who is comfortable asking questions to gain clarity, uncover insights, and support informed decision‑making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional and business partners
- Solid understanding of Merchandising business processes and organizational structure
- Working knowledge of most or all applications and reports used within Planning & Allocation
- Experience supporting change management efforts, including developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and partnering with change leaders

This position has a starting salary range of USD $85,600.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
