Responsibilities:develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Minor ProjectsConsults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documentsConsults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projectsProvides weekly reports of new projects identifiedAttends meetings at the governments request Required site visitsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR8 years of construction or engineering experienceLOGZONE is an equal opportunity employer.
