    AsaPlanningManager, you will play a critical role in ensuring an integrated, efficient, and resilient supply chain across our Paints & Coatings business. You will lead the global master production planning process for your area of responsibility, driving alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and capacity to deliver outstanding customer service and business performance. Working at the heart of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex supply chain challenges, and support sustainablegrowth.Thisisanexcitingopportunityforastrategicandhands-onsupplychainleaderwhothrivesinadynamic,globalenvironmentandispassionateaboutdrivingoperationalexcellence.

    EssentialJobFunctions:

    • Leadtheglobalmasterproductionplanningprocessacrossshort-,medium-,andlong-termplanninghorizons

    • DrivetheSupplyReviewprocesswithintheSIOPcycle,identifyingrisks,constraints,trade-offs,andmitigationplans

    • Developconstrainedandunconstrainedsupplyplansthatbalancecustomerdemand,productioncapacity,andinventoryobjectives

    • PartnercloselywithManufacturing,Procurement,Quality,andCommercialteamstoensurematerialavailabilityandoperationalalignment

    • Usescenariomodellingandanalyticstoevaluateoptions,supportdecision-making,andoptimizeservice,cost,andworkingcapitalperformance

    • Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesandstandardizeplanningprocessestoimprovescalability,efficiency,andbusinessoutcomes

    • Lead,coach,anddevelopateamofSupplyChainPlanningprofessionalswhilefosteringcollaborationandaccountability

    • Supportnewproductintroductionsandproductlifecycletransitions,ensuringsupplychainreadinessandsuccessfulexecution

    Qualifications&Experience:

    • DegreeinSupplyChain,Business,Engineering,orarelatedfield;advanceddegreepreferred

    • Strongexperienceinsupplychainplanningwithinamanufacturingenvironment,includingsupplyplanning,capacitymanagement,andS&OP/SIOPprocesses

    • DeepknowledgeofERPsystems,withSAPexperiencepreferred,andadvancedproficiencyinExcelandplanninganalyticstools

    • Provenleadershipexperiencewiththeabilitytocoach,develop,andinspirehigh-performingteams

    • Excellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytotranslatedataintoactionablebusinessdecisions

    • Strongstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingskills,withexperienceworkinginglobal,cross-functionalenvironments

    • Results-orientedmindsetwithapassionforcontinuousimprovement,collaboration,andoperationalexcellence

    The expected salary range for this role is USD 131,400 to 150,600, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
