Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, proofing, and distributing all store-facing planogram communications, new item introductions, and discontinued item notices.
- Ensures communication accuracy, clarity, and consistency so that store teams can execute merchandising updates correctly and on time.
- Review, proofread, and quality-check all planogram communication materials before distribution.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all store-facing directives.
- Coordinate and release planogram updates, new item notices, and discontinued item communications.
- Interpret planogram content and translate it into clear, actionable store instructions.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing to validate content and timelines.
- Maintain strong version control and ensure stores receive the correct communication packets.
- Utilize Adobe tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials.
- Manage multiple overlapping deadlines and prioritize workflow effectively.
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Review planogram bulletins to ensure proper direction is provided to stores to execute planograms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in marketing assistance or marketing coordination.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of delivering goals with appropriate levels of coaching and supervision.
- Excellent time management, decision-making, leadership collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strength in multi-tasking and project prioritization.
- Proficient and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Adobe experience required (Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign is a plus).
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Planogram literacy or planogram design experience (major plus).
- Retail, merchandising, pharmacy, or CPG background.
- Experience supporting large store networks or field communication teams.
