Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Plant Accountant to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite in the Dalton, GA area.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational cost tracking within a manufacturing environment
Maintain accurate financial and operational data within the company's ERP platform while supporting future system enhancements and migrations
Partner closely with plant leadership and corporate teams to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency
Serve as a local resource for employee administration activities, including timekeeping review, personnel documentation, and onboarding support
Coordinate basic technology support requests with internal and third-party IT resources
Participate in ongoing business growth initiatives and process improvement projects across multiple departments

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
open to junior level at 0-3 years of experience in accounting -plus a very SOLID growth path ahead!
Understanding of core accounting principles including AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel in a business environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and support business decision-making
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with Accounting, Operations, HR, and IT stakeholders
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or plant environments is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
