Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions. Responsibilities: Perform administrative, operational and general office duties Support HR functions i.e. time keeping, recruitment, new hire orientation, system updates Process accounts receivable/accounts payable Support site safety program Support multiple areas including our production, maintenance, and administrative areas Assist with maintenance and production schedules Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Post-secondary/business administration certificate would be an asset Minimum 3 year's previous experience Microsoft applications and data entry Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to effectively present information Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups Richardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing and has over 3,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
