Plant Controller
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Compensation: $120,000–$145,000 base + 10% bonus
Plant Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leadership
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Plant Controller to oversee the financial activities of a large production facility. This position will work closely with operations and senior leadership, providing financial insight that helps drive profitability, improve processes, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do as a Plant Controller
- Oversee plant financial reporting, close activities, and account analysis
- Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and operating results
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with operations leaders on budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions
- Support inventory controls and ensure the accuracy of plant-related financial information
- Prepare financial presentations and communicate results to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience partnering with operations or plant leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
