Plant Controller
Salary: $135,000 – $155,000

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
• Manage plant budgets including labor, materials, and operational costs
• Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions
• Lead month-end close and report financial results to leadership
• Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accuracy of adjustments
• Identify cost reduction opportunities across all cost drivers
• Maintain internal controls and support ERP system utilization

Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or 7+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of Plant Controller experience
• Inventory and manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
