In this pivotal role, you will wield your financial acumen to orchestrate all fiscal activities, driving the financial strategies essential for the plant’s success. You will play a critical role within the executive team, responsible for assembling financial reports, managing cost structures, strategic budgeting, and insightful forecasting. This position is also accountable for overseeing payroll, fiscal controls, and financial evaluations germane to commercial strategies.

You will lead a proficient team comprising a Senior Plant Accountant and an Accounting Specialist, collaborating seamlessly with departments such as Manufacturing, Operations, HR, and more. Your role is central to the enhancement of cost-efficiency, performance metrics, and continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities encompass optimizing the financial health of the facility, facilitating exhaustive cost analyses, and refining general accounting systems. You will be deeply involved in evaluating capital projects, formulating pricing strategies, and crafting appropriation requests to ensure seamless fiscal operations.

Passionate about driving results, the ideal candidate will have rich experience in the manufacturing financial landscape, armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a proven track record in progressively responsible roles like Plant Finance Manager or Manufacturing Controller.
