Plant Controller
The Plant Controller will oversee core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting. This position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in financial analysis, inventory processes, and cost management to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Job Description
- Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee cost and inventory accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and reducing variances.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports).
- Lead monthly and year-end close processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred, not required
- 7-10 years in financial management, with a focus on cost and inventory accounting.
- Consumer Goods Industry Experience is a requirement for this position.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP Systems/Platforms.
- Financial modeling, variance analysis, compliance, and process optimization.
- Strong ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
