Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all plant accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Partner with plant leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and capital investment analysis.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve plant profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting in an accounting or finance leadership role.
A strong understanding of finance, accounting, payroll and HR software capabilities. Experience in XA ERP, AS400, Ceridian payroll, and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with Power BI a plus.
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to hire and lead a team effectively.
