Salary: $155,000

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
• Oversee plant financials including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage inventory valuation, reconciliations, and cost controls
• Develop and maintain product costing models
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and analysis
• Support audits and ongoing process improvements


Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of manufacturing finance experience
• Strong background in cost accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (AS400 preferred) and advanced Excel
• Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
