Job Description
- Lead all financial activities and reporting integrity for the Boston-area manufacturing operations, serving as a key strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Oversee plant controllership facility partnering closely with production teams to improve cost control, efficiency, and productivity.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain financial oversight, including procurement, freight, inventory, warehousing, and planning.
- Drive FP&A activities, including monthly close, forecasting (IBP), variance analysis, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Provide strategic leadership through financial planning, capital investment oversight (CAPEX), KPI development, and advanced analytics to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, sales, and marketing while influencing stakeholders, leading change initiatives, and developing high-performing teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business (MBA or CPA preferred) with significant senior finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong technical expertise in GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365), and advanced analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms).
