Plant Controller
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that's looking for a Plant Controller. This company is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, who is analytical, and an excellent leader. This company provides a collaborative culture, flexibility, and astrong, tenured team. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this job is $110K – $150K.
The Plant Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Provide financial support and strategic guidance to plant management and operational leaders.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial variance analysis.
- Maintain production, inventory cost standards, and analyze manufacturing variances.
- Drive productivity, cost reduction, and working capital improvement initiatives.
- Develop financial analyses and business cases for capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and U.S. GAAP.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support plant financial performance and reporting.
The Plant Controller will possess the following:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment or with a manufacturing client base
- Strong knowledge of standard costing
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Oracle experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
