About the Role

The Site Coordinator supports daily plant operations by managing office coordination, administrative tasks, and on-site logistics. This role also assists with planning and executing site visits, customer tours, and internal events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Manage office activities such as supply ordering, vendor coordination, and general site support
  • Coordinate site visits, customer tours, and internal events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site setup
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and communications for site leadership
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, leadership) to support site needs
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office and visitor environment
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or site support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable working in a plant or manufacturing environment
