Plant Electrician
-Position Summary
We are seeking a Electrician to support plant facilities operations at a manufacturing facility in Morgantown, PA. This role is responsible for hands-on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage projects from start to finish and keep equipment running at peak reliability.
-Responsibilities
Provide hands-on electrical support for plant facilities, including work up to 480V/3-phase
Troubleshoot, modify, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Plan and coordinate installation of new plant equipment
Install control circuitry including motor, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Plan and perform electrical preventative maintenance
Maintain inventory of electrical parts and supplies; obtain required approvals and order parts as needed
Recommend modifications to improve equipment reliability and productivity
-Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; 2-year Electrical Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of motor control circuits and/or PLCs
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proven ability to plan and complete projects from conception to completion

Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial facility
Hands-on experience with 480V/3-phase systems
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
PLC programming or troubleshooting experience
