Design electronic circuits and components for use in fields such as telecommunications, aerospace guidance and propulsion control, acoustics, or instruments and controls.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide plant engineering support for assigned infrastructure, utilities, and GMP process equipment systems.Serve as the system owner and technical SME, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and operational.Drive continuous improvement projects to increase reliability, reduce downtime, and control operational costs.Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective workare properly prioritized, documented, and completed.Support capital and operational projects, including budgeting, business cases, and occasionally managing smaller CAPEX projects.Maintain system lifecycle documentation and validation, including URS, risk assessments, and qualification activities.Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and cGxP regulations, including participating in audits, investigations, and SOP development.Investigate deviations and manage change controls and CAPAsusing systems such as TrackWise to maintain regulatory compliance.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical, or related) with1–3 years of plant engineering or system maintenance experienceis preferred.Ability to understand, operate, and troubleshootplant infrastructure, utilities, and GMP process equipmentsuch as fill lines, autoclaves, HVAC systems, tanks, pumps, and clean utilities (WFI, clean steam, nitrogen, etc.).Assist withengineering projects, troubleshooting, system improvements, and lifecycle managementfrom design through startup and operation.Work closely withOperations, QA, Validation, Maintenance, EHSS, Project Engineering, Procurement, and external vendorsto support plant systems and projects.FollowEHS, safety protocols, PPE requirements, and cGMP standardswhile supporting audits, deviation investigations, and change control activities.Strongwritten, verbal, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings, manage tasks within budgets and timelines, and use standard business software.The Evonik Group adopts an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) approach.
