Job Objective

Description Of Main Tasks

• Industrialization of new products (starting support, tool optimization, process- and product adoption), interpret and analyze the product calculation
• Cause analysis in case of failure (process, material, tools) in the project phase, interface between CPS and

operations

• Continuous improvement of stability and waste reduction in the project phase, on site organization/coordination of tool launch
• Awareness of customer- and quality requirements, work place design
• Participation in tool acceptance
• Transfer of technology know-how (product, material, process, tools, etc.)
• Collaboration in customer projects as part of the project team, support operation topics

Additional Tasks

• Knowledge of customer specific requirements according to document MP4.1DO07 (CSR Matrix) in reference to the assigned tasks, customer or project

Skills & Competencies

• Completed technical vocational training
• 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector
• First practical work experience in an international environment
• Solid process knowledge
• Very good project management skills
• Basics knowledge in MS Office and SAP skills on an advanced level
• English language on B1 - B2 level (advanced - independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously)
• Local language on C1 - C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
