Lead Engineering Role at Expanding Manufacturing Facility

Job Description
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address and resolve equipment failures.
- Manage and optimize the use of CMMS tools
- Troubleshoot PLCs, including ladder logic programming, to maintain system functionality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
- Maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the plant.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Plant Engineer should have:
- Experience in plant engineering within food or beverage manufacturing.
- Knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive, and predictive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency with CMMS tools.
- Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic programming.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
