Job Description
The Plant Engineer collaborates closely with the VP of Engineering and the Plant Manager to offer technical expertise for the development, design, and execution of capital, expenses, and maintenance projects in a safe, profitable, timely, and efficient manner.

Work Environment
The shift is Monday to Friday starting at 7 am, with an 8-hour shift and occasional weekend work as needed. Employees must wear respirators and PPE, including steel-toed boots, hard hats, ear plugs, and eye protection. The company covers the cost for shoes and prescription glasses. Facial hair is not permitted as it interferes with the respirator seal. Employees must wear natural fibers. The facility is not temperature regulated, resulting in hot conditions during summer and cold conditions in winter. While engineers have offices, conditions on the plant floor are not regulated.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
