They currently seek a Plant Engineering Manager for their plant in the Albany GA.Engineering Manager/Chemical Engineer/Engineering/Manufacturing/Chemicals/Mechanical Engineer/PSM/Operations/Chemical Manufacturing/Plant Engineering Manager/Plant Manager/Operations Manager/Maintenance ManagerAs The PlantEngineering Manager, job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Directly supervise all resources in the maintenance and act as the Maintenance ManagerAnalyze/plan maintenance work force utilization, predictive/preventative maintenance, space requirements,workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiencyOwner, accountable for all plant assets; responsible for controlling, tracking and reporting spending of the capital budget and the maintenanceFunction as a project manager for capital projectsCommunicate with internal and external customers to ensure project plans and work in progress will meet desired outcomesCommunicate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standardsProvide technical advice on plant operations and improvements. Prepare engineering analysis of projects that includes preliminary design, detailed design, project cost analysis, life cycle cost analysis and equipment selectionDevelop, evaluate and improve the manufacturing controls and automation utilizing knowledge of instrumentation, controls & automation, product design, materials, chemicals, and production equipment capabilitiesRequirementsB.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering5+ years plant maintenance/engineering/project engineering experience in specialty chemicals, chemicals, refining, paper manufacturing, or similar industriesExposure to Programmable Logic Control, Distributive Process Controls Systems (DeltaV),HMIand Automation control systemsStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated record of leadership, teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiativeAbility to work well with all levels of personnel throughout the facility and the companyExperience in executing pillars of total productive maintenance (TPM)Engineer in Training Certification or PE would be idealSalary Range: up to $150,000 plus 10-15% yearly bonus potential#LI-BK1#J-18808-Ljbffr
